Steve, What is involved with sponsoring a virtual conference such as the Social Learning Summit? Do you have a page that explains sponsorship levels and requirements? If we wanted to contact organizations to invite them to become a sponsor is there something we can share with them to provide details about how to become a sponsor?

Comment by Steve Hargadon on May 24, 2013 at 8:59am

Well, Chris--Discovery Ed sponsored the one last year, and they chose to do something else this year.  I kind of depend on having a sponsor for each event, and was disappointed that it didn't happen!  If you've got any ideas, let me know!

Are there plans for a Social Learning Summit in 2014?

Thanks

@Sean--there is no ability to embed.  You'll have to just use the link.  Sorry!

How can I embed the code from my recorded presentation into the website I made to accompany it?

Comment by Steve Hargadon on April 21, 2012 at 4:58pm

The recordings are here:  http://www.classroom20.com/page/2012-recordings. You can download the slides in any session just by opening the session recording, then go to File > Save > Whiteboard.  Glad you had fun!

thank you for an amazing experience

Very well done. I've attended several DEN functions, both on line and in person. I have to say I have rarely been disappointed in having spent the time and have always come away with something I could use. One question: I looked and didn't see a link to presentation slides. Will they be accessible in the same place as the recordings? Thanks, again, for providing professional development that makes a difference.

How do I access the previous presentations? And how long are they available for participants? Thanks! This summit was awesome!

How do I access the recordings of the sessions?

Comment by Vicki Mast on April 21, 2012 at 1:08pm

The sessions were very well done and I now have tons of resources and reading to do . . . . oh well, sleep is so overrated! Thanks for all the hard work everyone. It was great!

Comment by Steve Hargadon on April 10, 2012 at 1:20pm

@sue:  there is no registration, all the sessions will be open and the links to them will be posted on the site before the conference starts.  Best to give out the http://www.sociallearningsummit.com address.  Thanks!

I want to advertise this to the teachers here in my district.   What is the registration URL?

Good morning from the beautiful campus at North Carolina Wesleyan College.  My profile picture was taken in our learning commons where I have a view of both the sky and the trees through our glassed front commons.  I serve as reference and instruction librarian, am in charge of our QEP task force (those of you who are SACS accredited may be familiar with this) and also have a Master of Fine Arts degree.
