With your work in Education Technology in your district. I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based and have a bunch of features with free basic service.

I am interested in what you all are doing to prepare kids for the 21st century job market. I am in a study group at school that is trying to define all the skills the students need. Needless to say, it is a daunting project.
