PEOPLE!
If you've already heard about the "flipped classroom", you can go about your business. If you haven't, I just want to say that I think this might be the thing that completely changes teaching for me. Of everything I've covered as part of my Applied Technology in Education major at Wilmington University, the flipped classroom is the one thing that has intrigued me the most.
