- I teach MS subjects to new immigrants and refugees who do not speak english. I have taught math, science, social studies and keyboarding. This year I will be teaching science and social studies to undereducated/uneducated refugees students. My classroom student population last year included Hispanic, Iraqi, Iranian, Nepali, Bhutani, Afghanni, Burmese, Karen, Chin, Thai, Vietnamese, Somalian, Yemani, Sudanese and Tanzanian students. Who knows what this year will bring?
