- Present day technologies provide those of us who retired many years ago with many opportunities to contribute years of knowledge and observations that are relevant to today’s needs. To develop materials or design new programs we need to have an understanding of what happened in the past and is going on in the present. My background is in elementary and secondary school mathematics.
