I have taught grade six (self-contained), high school mathematics, and high school and university computer science. I served as a director of technology for a K12 school district. Currently, I teach instructional technology for preservice teachers at a local university.

Hi Jo. I was wondering if you or your students would be interested in participating in a nationwide SAT Vocab Video Contest @ MIT university. If not, perhaps you have some educator contacts you could direct me to. We'd really like to get more participation from Ohio!
You can view contest details at BrainyFlix.com Please let me know. Thanks!
Hi, Jo,
Nice to meet another instructional technology teacher. Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier but I was away hiking in the mountains on the AT most of the summer. Now the 1st quarter of school has gone by and I'm now just getting back into the swing of my Ning group. I promise to do more posting this year. I started a new discussion thread on blogs and how they can be used in the AP classroom. I also gave a seminar to a group of AP teacher at the AP Annual conference in Seattle and another to a group of consultants in Las Vegas. All of the information I have, I've posted on my resource site called Teens and Technology (http://teensandtechnology.wikispaces.com). Feel free to use any of the resources there.

We have had many positive comments about the TV channel. Carl Palmer has been great in helping us with programming and set up.
