Physical Education "Interactive Classroom"

I would like to develop an "interactive classroom" that would involve a lesson plan, a web cam, skype, and a projector! My goal is to implement 2 classrooms participating in a given activity both at the same time, where both can monitor and adjust, and give feedback! I saw through classroom 2.0 that you were going to use skype in one of your lessons..... I was just kind of curious as to what you did, and how it went. Did you go to a classroom? Or were you able to get a webcam in the gym etc. ?
