- I completed my undergraduate work at Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana in 1968. I taught in Indiana for 2 years. After being married, we moved to Florida and taught part time while raising our son and participating in community service. When we moved to Texas, I updated my teaching certificate and taught 8 years while earning my Masters and then Doctorate in Education.
