School / Work Affiliation: Red Bridge Early Childhood Center

For the past three years I have been teaching preschool - two year olds - and loving it. However, I am ready to move back to elementary and am hoping to find a position for the 2009-2010 school year. I taught 3rd and 4th grades in San Antonio and look forward to returning to elementary education.

I have a new computer and am still learning - I will post photos as soon as I figure out how, which should be pretty soon!

Digital Native or Digital Immigrant?

Without a doubt, I am a digital immigrant. An infant digital immigrant, at that. I'm not afraid of technology, so I have that going for me, but every time I think I am becoming a toddler or maybe even a child, I find a whole new area I didn't even know exsisted. I liken it to a child who has had that first piece of candy. It is sweet and delicious and I can't imagine anything better, but then I find the candy section at a small convience store.
