About Me: I am Mohamed Omar. I am from Egypt and now I live in Saudi Arabia. I am 31 years old. I am working as an E-learning training director in ESL Institute Front of Prince Faisal Bin Abd El Aziz Club in the middle of the capital city Riyadh and the biggest city in The Middle East since 2006 . I worked as an Assisstant coach with special emphasis on management and leadership development, learning strategy, program design, evaluation, learning transfer, and meeting facilitation. I have extensive experience in corporate training, establishing Local learning strategy, and designing, developing, delivering, and measuring training curriculum in large Local corporations. I am an expert in training evaluation and learning transfer applying my proven method of Predictive Evaluation along with industry standards Now I live in Egypt for 2 monthes later cause finishing my post-graduate studies From Cairo University and already have IT professional Certificate from AUC ,Dec2009
