About Me: I am Raheel Tajuddin Lakhani from Karachi, Pakistan. I have recently completed Master of Education from Aga Khan University – Institute for Educational (AKU-IED) Development where I specialized in Teacher Education for English and Social Studies. My graduate research concentrated on the spaces of knower’s autonomy for knowledge construction in International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. I also interned as Education Technologist AKU for three months where my achievement was not only helping in curriculum design but also facilitating workshops where faculty's ICT skills were developed. Moreover, this year I will be completing my seventh year of voluntary services in education of Ismaili Muslims.
I am also an Action Partner for Oxfam International Youth Partnership 2010-2013. My interest in photography and creative arts has led to participation in various photography exhibitions such as ‘Depixtions’, The Orange Studio, Orlando (2012); Group Photography Exhibition at Alliance Francáise Karachi (2009) and Short Film Pehchaan ‘Identity’ in Culture Unplugged Film Festival (2009). My works have also been published in two photography anthologies.
