Such programs can involve volunteers in all levels of organizational development, and they need to be in every major city. Thus, a company that sets up a collaboration and elearning platform could support the networking, learning and collaboration of employees from many cities, who get involved for a variety of different reasons.

Not only can your employees learn skills, you can also build new employees, and great public good will.
