I am currently serving my 12th year as an administrator for Saline Area Schools. My first five years were as a high school assistant principal, and then I was offered the opportunity to be the district athletic director and have served in that capacity for the last seven years. Last school year, I was asked to expand my responsibilities, adding back some responsibilities of a high school assistant principal. I am a strong supporter of the educational philosophy of Saline Athletics, which is that participation in athletics is a major part of the overall educational process. School sports promote the ideas of teamwork, discipline, personal sacrifice, hard work, sportsmanship, healthy lifestyle, and loyalty to school and community. This is my 6th year as the president chair for the Southeastern Athletic Conference, and I am an active member of the MIAAA. I am a proud resident of Saline, where I live with my wife and two children. We are fans of the University of Michigan Athletics and also cheer for the Toronto Maple Leafs. In my free time I enjoy fishing and traveling with my family.
