- I currently teach in the English department at Tusculum College. As a scholar, my interests include language issues and theories of meaning. My research focuses on the intersections of real and imagined spaces. I also focus intensely on issues of teaching and learning, in my research into 'what works' in the classroom and through my involvement with the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SOTL) movement.
