Profile Information

About Me: I teach Health to 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders using the school's mobile computer lab. I enjoy computers and like seeing kids get "turned on" to my subject because of technology. I am the "de facto" technology geek at my school. I have no authority for making decisions about purchasing equipment but am interested in finding out about any free resourses that I can use with my kids.

I have an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Technology and am currently persuing an EDD in Learning and Leadership at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Don't let the "Leadership" title fool you, I don't think I ever want to be an administrator! However, while I am content with my job teaching children with technology, I would like to be an agent of change with my peers. I want more teachers in my school to use technology in their classrooms!
