- I have been training now for 5 years and have my PTLLS and CTLLS and this was the only requirement for my position, I have taken a new position with the Colchester institute and their requirement was that I achieve the Cert Ed qualification, My subject specialism is engineering in fabrication and welding in the engineering construction Industry working with the ECITB and City & Guilds
