The Wiimote Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) in the Classroom

I realize that Wiimote Interactive Whiteboard project is very new and Johnnys video has only been out for a few months but is anyone using it in the classroom yet?

Here are a few links regarding the project for your reference:

Wow! Thankyou for making me aware of this.

I work in a primary school in the UK and this is a great way for any class to have access to the features of an interactive white board.

No sooner had I seen this post, I'd ordered a wii controller, some IR LEDs, battery holder & switches from Ebay - can't wait to try this idea out.
Awesome .. you can also get a pre-made infrared stylus HERE

Or make your own... and if you need a Bluetooth adaptor IOGear has worked great (about $20 on Ebay)
Invaluable! thanks.

Now if only I could get some sort of cradle for the wii controller? It then makes it a real practical alternative to a £300+ solution.

Do you know if the software allows for multi sensory touches - can you touch two/three points simultaneously?
Velcro and a tripod or A-clamp (http://kindlelab.com/DIY_hardware.jpg) works great as a stand .... Multi-touch is not yet supported in the http://kindlelab.com or http://edusim3d.com stuff .... but may at some point in the future.
Great stuff,

Can't wait to get the gear and start running a few experiments!
