HELP! How are you trained on preventing sexual harassment?
I was wondering how teachers/administrators are trained on preventing discrimination and harassment. I am looking for two scenarios:
1) How do teachers/admin get trained to prevent lawsuits of discrimination against the teacher/admin by the district or other teachers/admins.
2) How do teachers/admins get trained to prevent harassment and discrimination of the students? Whether its teacher to student, admin to student, student to student?
