Check out GIzmos at http://www.explorelearning.com/ They are expensive, but you can at least get a one month free trial.

Some of my 6th graders really liked www.froguts.com . Last time I visited the site, you could dissect a frog, tease apart owl pellets for bones, and maybe some squid anatomy too. That was a few years ago, so they probably have more now.
