teaching philosophy

I want to apply for a new job, where they want me to write a teaching philosophy on my subject i.e computer. Please help me out.

I would think that you would want to write about what your expectations are for student outcomes and then try to correlate those expectations with the techniques that you plan to implement in your teaching. Try to find research that backs up the link between the techniques you believe in and the outcomes you expect. If you have anecdotal evidence from your own experience such as a student or students who obtained jobs because they learned something in your class include that as well.
