Tools for Student Reflection

Which technology tools are you using to encourage (and record) student reflection? Tried any that didn't work so well? Thanks for sharing your ideas and experiences.

blogs, wikis, online book discussions....I love our blog, here is my honest opinion about wikis and my honest opinions about the Moodle online book discussion.
