You have asked a tough question.

There are several good websites which animate the process of photosynthesis. I explained the process to my students, but seeing it happen was really helpful. If you have access to high speed internet and a video projector, try these two websites:

Flash Animation of Light Dependant Reaction
Good but fairly technical video of photosynthesis from virtualcell.com

If you don't have access to high speed internet/video projector, a leaf chromatography lab provides a good illustration of the pigments required for photosynthesis and requires minimal equipment. I've attached my version of the lab. Feel free to use and modify.
