Ideas on Biography Websites for History Class

Hi, I am wondering if any of you know of any biography websites that are particularly stellar. I am a new history teacher looking for good peer-reviewed material so I thought I would pick the minds of brilliancy :) BTW, I am aware of and using pbs.org and wikipedia, but any that offer other material would be of great assistance.

Try Library of Congress and National Archives and of course http://biography.com. I love the idea of using primary sources in the classroom, you might like this blog.
