Students have always felt difficulty in applying the theorems (Midpoint, Intercept, Alternate segment, Tangent-Secant, Intersecting Chords) when faced with a question.

For me, I tell my students to look at the expression to prove. Highlight the sides that are involved and see what triangles or special figures are involved to identify the correct theorems to apply.

Does anyone out there have a good way to make it simple for them?
