I had to take a health education course to renew my credential last year and I did it online, so I probably have some more resources. Off hand the best one I remember was BAM (Body and Mind) at http://www.bam.gov
I'll try to look into this next weekend (I'm wrapping up my final week of teaching now).

I've been teaching girls' health class for 10 years or so. Here's a great person/website for parents and teachers to talk about developing healthy sexuality: Dr. Chrystal deFreitas, "Healthy Chats." http://www.healthychats.com/
The basic ideas: information is power; open discussion within appropriate contexts is essential.

If you check it out, let me know what you think! What ages do you work with?

I think nutrition is a WAY-underdone topic in schools. I share this interest with you. Maybe we could trade some kid-communication along health-themed topics such as nutrition and exercise.

There's some information on the USDA's MyPyramid that might be helpful, but kids especially like to play the game. It won't get you connected to another class, but might make a good conversation starter.
