Animal Farm

Every post that I have placed on this site has always recieved awesome ideas and suggestions. So, I thought I would one more. I am working on writing new curriculum for our talented and gifted program. Some teachers suggested Animal Farm as a novel to use with my 8th grade group. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions, projects, activities that would push these students to think at a higher level. Thanks for any help.
