Podcast Hosting Question....

I want the quickest and easiest way to put a short podcast online, that I can easily link to a blog article on a blogspot blog.

Possible uses... teacher instructions (specifically for kids who were absent, etc), student interviews, student responses, etc.

I'd probably use audacity to record unless there is something much better.

Suggestions?

I host a weekly radio program on blogtalkradio.com. From there, I found a service called CINCH: http://www.cinchcast.com/

You can actually call-in from your phone, skype, or audio on your computer and record things. I happen to love blogtalkradio, though, because you can broadcast live OR broadcast on your own schedule and then the show is archived with a URL link. And best thing? It's free.
