In Grade Five, we are building electric cars. Our wheels aren't as straight as they probably should. We would love your feedback or advice as to what we could do differently.

Saw your wheels. I would suggest 2 circular objects similar to a cheerio. One on either side of the wheel. They would need to be large enough and flat.
I've posted your link in our class social media site and asked for suggestions. It's a snow day today so I don't know if anyone will log on, but we'll see.
This is a great project. When I was in the fifth grade my class also did a project similar expect we used VCR motors and be allowed to build any type of rotating machine, I choose to make a carousel. I cannot believe I still remember this, but one of my classmates choose to make a car. He used cardboard, but instead of just one layer he made the wheels thicker by making multiple layers. Maybe that could help?
