Using Voki in the Classroom

I have never even heard of Voki, but I can't wait until someone posts who knows what it is and how to use it. Good learning!!

A Voki allows you to create an avatar like can either look and sound like you or can be made to identify other characters. 

 

Ways to use in the classroom:

 

• ESL students can use a Voki as a fun way to practice their speech and listen to themselves. This will allow students to hear their pronunciation of words. 
• Students can use a Voki for an autobiography project.
• Students can use a Voki that represents a character from a book. The character can give a speech from the book, summary, or student can create a different point of view from the book.
