Voki is excellent - I know many language teachers like it. I have included some useful links here including links to Russell Stannard's excellent training videos and also two tutorials from the National Centre for languages.

I have used Voki with my fifth grade students as a fun way to share what they had learned about the American Revolution. I highly recommend it!
