I'm trying to help create Math Center sets for Kinder classrooms.  What all do you think should be included in the sets (what type of manipulatives and any other materials)?

Setting it up can be very exhausting.  I am a kindergarten teacher as well and it took me about 2 years to build it up.  This year, I discovered the book Math Work Stations by Debbie Diller, the same author of the book Literacy Work Stations.  Both books are great resources.  It walks you through how to set it up, the manipulative you need and the best way is how to introduce it to the students.  It's working very well for me.  I recently introduced a new station which is the Geometry station. Hope it will help you as well.

Thank you so much--this was extremely helpful.  I'm gonna grab that book today!  Thanks!
