Looking for more cooperative learning ideas

Any cool ideas out there for cooperative learning projects that take a day or two. I want to focus more on Social Studies but if you have something in any subject or grade level that would be great.

Can you give some parameters? Age? Learning goal? Looking for learning or production? I have a lot of stuff on my website for social studies but if you're more specific in what you want I can probably help further.
