Sandra,

I must say, I had no idea that Google had branched out in this manner. I think it is a true testament to the rising importance of education in today's society. I think it is really cool that they offer so many different plans for so many different subjects. I have often felt that education takes a back seat in America. On the global scale of things, we are ranked so low in education, and I hope that as a nation, we are trying to turn that around. Because google is the biggest search engine in the world and have a HUGE network, their support of education could have some very beneficial repercussions felt for years to come. That being said, as an elementary music teacher I have not found too many things on the site that I may be able to use. But, through navigating the site I also found links to google apps for education which can be greatly beneficial in my classroom as well as in my everyday life. I appreciate you sharing this link and I hope to implement some of these ideas into my teaching strategies. Thanks again!
