My favourite to put my favourites in is Bag The Web. There are some great Education Bags out there http://bagtheweb.com/edu.

Go check these out.

My bag is http://bagtheweb.com/u/jennynz/bags. You can have followers, you can follow other bags, people can link to your bag, you can use hashtags a bit like Twitter. You also have a counter on how many people have viewed your bag.

Was wondering if there are any other similar sites others use.

Full Session Description (as long as you would like):

Creating a virtual learning commons takes students, teachers, and a teacher Librarian. See how a library website in transformation is becoming a 24/7 virtual and interactive learning space where we build collaborative intelligence together. You'll see activities and projects, surveys and polls, classroom, grade level, and schoolwide learning spaces, using embedded Web 2.0 tools that assist in establishing an online learning space sponsored by our school library. But these ideas and projects are not just for libraries! Ideas you can use in your classroom, at grade level, and schoolwide.

Do you use a specific lesson plan website or set of websites when planning lessons? Do they have a specific format? I've seen many sites with carefully crafted lesson plans, but I wonder, do teachers really use them? If so, how? How much do you tweak it? Do new teachers need "standard" lesson plans, and then, once they're experienced, do they use them or just "wing it?" Do you like to use specific formats from sites like the International Reading Association, Scholastic, Teachers' Network,…

This has been discussed before on Classroom 2.0 but I'd like to get a feel for the state of the art. After all I have changed wiki providers several times over the years as things have evolved so I'd like to know how things currently stand for website builders.
