I discovered Edu20 a while before it came out of beta, of course, as with all other applications, alongside the pure interest and enjoyment of playing with new toys, my aim was to see if I would be able to use it with my students in Israel and reccommend it to my colleagues here. However, the site has a lot to offer, apart from being an online teaching space where a teacher can hold classes, courses, discussions, and implement such tools as a quiz maker and wiki for every class, there is a wealth of resources. Furthermore, Edu20 is also a Personal Learning Environment where the lone student can create his own learning agenda, study topics that interest him and interact with others interested in those topics. Definitely worth taking a look!
