Does anyone know where we can find an inexpensive digital piano. We're NOT needing a keyboard, but rather, a full-sized, 88-key, digital piano with weighted key. It doesn't matter if it has special effects or not. If it hooks up with MIDI capabilities, that'd be AWESOME, but if not, that's not a deal-breaker.

It doesn't have to have a base, but it would be nice.

Any leads you could offer would be appreciated!

Check Yamaha and Roland's web sites for specifications. Those sites usually have links to dealer sites. Some mail order places such as Musician's Friend and Sweetwater Sound have web sites that will give you the pricing. To get the weighted keys you are probably going to have to spend $500 or more.
Ginger,

I hope this will help IF you haven't already purchased a digital piano at this point. Contact www.sweetwater.com. They are a professional group who isn't proprietary in approach to the products they sell. We recently purchase an MAudio 88 Key, weighted action keyboard from them are very pleased.

I recently bought a Casio model with weighted keys. It was under $2,000. It has midi capabilities.
