Terms and Conditions of use.

Hi all,

I am about to start using a Ning Network with a group of University students and need to include some terms and conditions for acceptable use of the site.

Has anyone stated any T&C on a Ning network that would be willing to share?

It looks like Terms and Condition of Use are called Terms of Service here on Classroom2.0. Will that help?
As for copyright of what I write here on Classroom2.0 in my own space, I go to Creative Commons and find the level of copyright use I want to allow and copy the embed code to put on my site or in my postings.
Steve Hargadon has a .ning network developed for people who are sponsoring education related .ning networks.
