I do like Wordle, it is so easy to use. I think it is worth mentioning Tom Barrett's interesting ways to use Wordle (one of the many excellent presentations from the Interesting Ways series). Also worth mentioning are the other word cloud generators. Tagxedo a newer tool offers many options.
