If you haven't yet read any of Jane McGonigal's work like Reality is Broken or watched her TedTalk (<a href="http://www.ted.com/talks/jane_mcgonigal_gaming_can_make_a_better_world.html" target="_blank">http://www.ted.com/talks/jane_mcgonigal_gaming_can_make_a_better_world.html</a>) I'd definitely check them out. </p>
