We keep losing staff too. When someone retires they are often not replaced. I just hope our budgets stabilize soon. The good news is "race to the top" and the extra money that congress recently approved helps. I do believe that automation can help ease the pain of a decreasing staff size.

You would be surprised how many schools do not have a solution like this in place. Also, I agree that programs such as this cannot replace IT staff, but they can make it more manageable for those in this situation.
