The Top Three Most Important Issues Facing K-12 Educational Technology for 2011-12

What do you think are the top three most important issues facing K-12 educational technology this year?

I think the most important issue facing K-12 educational technology this year are the legal and safety issues. The technology changes so fast that school districts haven't had time or personel to create policies. There are a lot of real or percieved fears about how liable districts are. This many times results in locking systems down so tight that they are not able to use them to best advantage.
