Everyone always wants new things. Everybody likes new inventions, new technology. People will never be replaced by machines. In the end, life and business are about human connections. And technology may try to murder you. To me, the choice is easy.

I would like to know more about your project. I am taking a grad course on online course development and it inspired me to rewrite my pre-algebra curriculum this summer to be a hybrid course.
Thanks
Hi Norma,
The presentation was terrific.....But being a Nit Picker.....Can't help it.....The number of single communications within a group on a single topic is not the group number squared. It is (N X N-1) squared. Assuming that talking to ourselves, does not count!
Hey Lindsey,

As a whole, talking about the whole USA in K -12, I think we can agree that if the teachers are over 30 the students are likely to be more comfortable with technology than the teacher. Under 30 the teachers are more likely to know as much or more than the students. The really big issue is getting technological access to disadvantaged youth. Not all families can afford computers and ISP.

Do not blame the technology for the lack of concern by company executives for customer service. Some, especially utilities, have a captive audience and understand only too well that their customers have few alternatives.

Thanks for sharing this! I've often been amazed at the technologies my children use everyday and thus take as a given, things that I couldn't have imagined when I was growing up. This video does a really nice job of expressing that message.
