Teachers have the most power to motivate students, though it is not so easy. They use various methods like storytelling, to visualizing to Q&A to influence students in a way that kids can actually understand the subject matter properly. Assigning classroom jobs among kids creates interest among them. Set achievable short term goals, children will like to fulfill it.
