Ning for lessons

This is the link to my new ning. I am currently adding lesson plans. I am adding through the events. Is there a better way?

Would it be better to use Google Spreadsheet? I haven't played with it very much.

I tried to check it out. It said I had to sign up, now I have to wait for administrator approval.
