We can have relationships by mail, skype, or letters. A travel would be a good idea but it's quite difficult to organize, wouldn't it?

I would be really pleased to have contacts, and works with science teachers.

Hi all,

I already posted this in the comment area, but I thought I'd post again here so people can respond.

I am preparing for a presentation at the Illinois Computing Educators conference at the end of the month. I am looking for examples of how science teachers are currently using web 2.0 tools to achieve science standards. If anyone can share examples of student work (wikis, blogs, google docs, etc) or just ways in which your students are using these…

FYI - I am a former high school physics/math teacher and am currently an instructional designer for a community college. I miss teaching A LOT...especially now that all these great resources exist on the Internet.
Hi all,
Is there any science teachers who have a year 7, 8 or 9 class who would like to collaborate on a project with our school in Hawkesdale, Australia? I have set up a wiki at
http://i-wonder-.wikispaces.com/ with questions that our Grade 3/4 class asked. Perhaps your students could research the answers and write a reply to our students?

I am the one and only chemistry teacher in a small rural high school. I have been teaching for 20 years. I teach two levels of first year chemistry and AP Chemistry. We have been on the 4x4 semester block for about 13 years. I know what it is like to begin teaching with no support. So, if anyone is new to the profession and needs some ideas, feel free to ask.

I teach a science teaching methods class in which we use a wiki to collect and share our work through each semester (and beyond). I hope that this use will inspire my students to try something similar eventually in their own classrooms. I am curious how you use Classroom 2.0 technologies in your science classes.
