Great and thoughtful commentary about stepping away to let students learn. Thanks!

Hi Arlene! Thanks so much for "inviting" me. I've already started looking around, and I'm so impressed! It's exciting to find other people that share the enthusiasm for technology. BTW - Isa ordered the Ipen for me today! I can't wait to use it in my class

Hi again. I was wondering if you have any suggestions for a good RSS site to register with?

Arlene, your classes podcasts are adorable! So, so cute and funny and wonderful. I haven't thought much about using podcasts in school... what kind of microphone do you use to record the students? To check if I'm getting the idea right.. a podcast is simply an audio file we put up on the web somehow, probably in my case a class blog? I think I can figure that out : )

Thank you, Arlene. I wish our district had a program like yours!

I really like your comment on the 'forum' item 'research that shows technology supprts student achievement.

We have a new curriculum in the UK for 11 year olds from Sept 2008, we are trying to develop the 'collaborate' aspects of ICT content. A useful link is http://curriculum.qca.org.uk/

    Best wishes, Richard

That sounds really interesting, I will ask some of the schools I work in when we return after a weeks break.

    Thanks in advance
