    Hi Tom,
Yes i am here too. Thanks for your recent comment on my blog. You brought some good perspective with your reflection on where you learned those skills.
I know how you feel about keeping up with blogging , thinking etc. I just posted today from BLC while others who were there have posted many times already about their thinking.

Tom, so good to see you here. I was on another .ning educational site, and I discovered this one. I was reading the rss feed question, and there you were. I hadn't seen you in a while on TappedIn, but I follow your research on del.icio.us. It is excellent and interesting.
    Won't you be my neighbor?

Happy New Year Tom! Best to you in Ankara. I just read a novel I'm crazy about, The Janissary Tree, set in Istanbul 1830's. Read it yet?

    Dear Ted!
Thanks for the welcome message....okay, i may have to switch to the way i regularly write...without caps...i am teaching in izmir...at sev...my husband is the director of aci/sev....we are in our first year....lots of tech issues...amongst many other things..we love it. but want to move the school forward and technology is my baby..along with literacy...i foresee many struggles ahead to teach these digital kids....how long have you been in ankara? my husband is actually there right now at the ministry...having lived the past 17 years in asia (taiwan and KL)..this is huge pedagogical change...but very, very good for us...not so much for my daughter who is a junior, lise 3...enjoying her year abroad to the hilt, but will return to tas to graduate with her friends...i am so interested in your take on educational tech in turkish schools....thanks for listening....have you been to izmir???? it is truly gorgeous...especially right now... cheers..julieanne
