I liked your little site and think that you'll have a good time blogging, once that starts up you can check out other cool new things like plurk.com or twitter.
I am from Ghana and I'm just here to learn, contribute as well as link up with like-minded people who will be willing to share their experiences as well as help in spreading the concept of distance learning and adult education to Africa, which lags behind as far as education is concerned. hope to find a friend in you.

Hi Tina,
Your student's photos are so beautiful...and your classroom is great...
Thanks for your comment. I really would like my students to share a project with yours. I teach grades one and two and I think it would be better if grade two will do it since I'm still teaching the letters and sounds to grade one. It's a pleasure.
Thanks
Hi Tina,
I'm so pleased that you replied. My students don't have emails, ... so what about having the students introduce themselves first to each other. We can choose a certain template where they can add their photos and their favorite things. Then they write messages to each other. After that we can share a project together...maybe about " A Day At School". I don't know this is what is in mind now....What do you think?
I suggest that they add their own photos and I like your idea of adding a box in the template for students' drawings...
Looking forward to begin this project...I am sure my students will be so excited.

Tina - Look at your site! Love the videos you posted here. I hang around a Librarian Ning site a lot, and haven't visited this one in a while. You are awesome! See you tomorrow...
Hi Tina,
I see that you had your students donate materials to Govinda Panthy's school. Mine too! I also have put together a Facebook group for him to try to raise money to build a library for him. If you're interested, here's the link: http://www.facebook.com/reqs.php#/group.php?gid=75724299547
