Hi Giuditta, sorry not to have replied to your survey. I need to visit Classroom2.0 more often. to be honest, I'm not sure if there is a similar UK site as this. I guess there are any number of blogs on the subject around which teachers like ourselves coalesce. I shall do a bit of searching on your behalf and get back to you. Hope that helps in the meantime :)

Good luck with your studies. I joined classroom 2.0 as we are looking at developing our own social network to support our providers here in the UK. I work for a regional support centre and we support post 16 sector providing advice and support on technology and innovation - focus on eLearning. I am creating our own network and I wanted to see how a successful ning social network was run and to get some ideas for myself - as well as have a look at posts on here and see what is going in an educational perspective abroad. - thanks Matt
Regarding a question you asked Steve Hargadon. The question was: if in UK exists another community of educators as Classroom 2.0 and, for this, a lot of English use others tools.
Yes, there is a community called Connecting Classrooms Online (CCO), but the fact is that it needs official terms with the British Council.
Just type in Connecting Classrooms Online in youtube and see introductions on that.
