I am a young entrepreneur and a product of project-based education from High Tech High School in San Diego, CA and the Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering in Needham, MA.

Currently, I am the co-founder and CEO of a free online education software company called Alight Learning.

    With your entrepreneurial work in Education Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.

    Hi Evan,
    I notice that your address lists Waltham, MA. I've lived in Southern California for almost 10 years, but before that I spent 30 years in the Boston area, the last 1.5 years in Waltham! Small world, isn't it.
    Since I teach computers, I'd be very interested in knowing more about exactly what you are looking for in a pilot school. I teach in South Los Angeles, and I teach 2 levels of classes - an Intro class, and then a more advanced class. We're getting ready to start a new semester in February, and the semester doesn't end until June, so there might be something we could do in April, depending on exactly what you're looking for. My students tend to be really good at doing a limited number of things on the internet, and they are always looking for more interesting things to do. I'll take a look at the site you suggested and then let you know what I think. If you have any others thoughts for me before then, please do write back!
